noun: literally, a fuck puppet. It refers to several different varieties of person:
1) a no-strings-attached piece of ass
2) a sex slave
3) a person who thoroughly enjoys bottoming for another
ex: You may think that James is just my fuppet, but it’s actually the other way around… I’m his fuppet.
